This lovely holiday home is located in a quiet villa area in Cala Murada and is part of a complex of three independent houses, each with its own garden and pool.
The house is fully equipped and ideal for a family vacation. The beach and the sea as well as various restaurants and shops can be reached in a few minutes on foot.
Cala Murada is a quiet resort on the south-east coast of Mallorca, right next to the beautiful port of Porto Colom. From the airport to Cala Muarda it is approx. 65 km and due to the existing motorway to LLucmajor and the then very well developed roads only 50 to 60 minutes driving time.
The place mainly consists of single houses or villas with corresponding properties. As a result, the entire urbanization is very green and is also suitable for long walks. The houses are used both as holiday homes and as normal residential buildings that are inhabited all year round. This makes the urbanization a pleasant place to stay at any time of the year.
