The Royal Golf of Bendinat is just 1 kilometre away from Illetas, its honorary president is His Majesty King Juan Carlos of Spain, Bendinat golf course was originally a 9 hole complex that opened in 1986, further 9 holes were added in 1996 to create this now par 70 18 hole course. Set in a wooded valley, Bendinat golf is built on an undulating terrain offering spectacular views of Palma de Mallorca.
Puerto Portals is just a short drive away from Illetas, iit s one of the most attractive and well known marinas in the Mediterranean. Here you can enjoy a drink or a meal in one of the chic quayside restaurants and bars while you admire the luxury yachts and fashionably dressed people. If you are "lucky", you will meet any of the many celebrities that visit the marina. Expensive boutiques abound and the feel is that of a mini St. Tropez.
